  • What We Offer:

    Employment:

    Work in a Kazakhstan-based company

    Salary:

    USD 3–5 per hour.

    Payment is task-based: each task is assigned with a clearly defined number of hours based on an 8-hour workday. If a task is completed ahead of schedule, payment will be made upon actual completion.

    Location:

    Kostanay, Kazakhstan

    Key Responsibilities:

    Architectural design solutions;

    Coordination with engineering disciplines.

    Requirements:

    Higher education in Architecture;

    At least 10 years of experience on industrial projects;

    Technical English proficiency (mandatory);

    Proficiency in Archicad, AutoCAD, Revit;

    Mandatory experience working with BIM;

    Relevant professional certificates and completion of specialized courses are required.

  • Yesterday, a meeting of international equipment suppliers took place ahead of the launch of the Kamlit KZ main gear plant — one of the most technologically advanced industrial projects in Kazakhstan in the field of foundry production and mechanical engineering.

    During the meeting, global leaders in equipment and technology supply for the foundry industry highly praised the work of Stron Engineering, which carried out the comprehensive design of the facility and coordinated the engineering solutions.

    Next-generation modern production facility

    The Kamlit KZ main gear plant is being developed as a modern high-tech production complex focused on the manufacturing of transmissions and cast components for the mechanical engineering industry.

    The facility uses advanced foundry technologies and world-class equipment, enabling the production of a wide range of products with high precision and the potential for future modernization.

    One of the key features of the project is the flexibility of its production infrastructure. The plant was designed to adapt as quickly as possible to the manufacturing of various types of foundry products and transmission components.

    BIM design and digital coordination

    The project was fully implemented in a 3D model using BIM technologies, making it possible to unite dozens of equipment suppliers, engineers, and specialists within a single digital environment.

    The use of BIM design made it possible to:

    • reduce the volume of design revisions
    • enable remote coordination between project participants
    • optimize engineering solutions
    • accurately integrate equipment and engineering systems
    • improve overall project implementation efficiency
