Poultry farm with a capacity of 3 million broilers per year, Kostanay

The poultry farming complex project in Kostanay was developed by Stron Holding with the goal of creating a modern facility for the industrial production of 3 million broilers per year. The complex includes a full cycle of facilities: a feed mill, a hatchery, parent stock houses, and an administrative and amenity complex. The feed mill is equipped with internationally recognized equipment for precise dosing and energy-efficient operation. The hatchery ensures a stable hatchery of young birds and includes facilities for incubation, sorting, and preparation of chicks. The parent stock house is designed for 4,300 birds and is optimized for maintaining a healthy microclimate, lighting, and sanitary conditions. The administrative and amenity complex includes offices, utility rooms, a laboratory, and staff rooms. All buildings in the complex are frame buildings, with load-bearing structures made of precast reinforced concrete semi-frames, purlins, and wall panels for high energy efficiency and durability.

The structural elements were designed taking into account the region’s wind and temperature loads. The project includes automated process control systems, ensuring efficiency and control at all stages of production. Stron Holding leveraged the expertise of leading equipment manufacturers—Big Dutchman for feeding, watering, and climate control, and Pas Reform for incubation lines. The complex complies with all sanitary, veterinary, and construction standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
